For example I called into Michael and his team at their service centre in the Newtown Business Center in Newtownmountkennedy yesterday with a puzzling ticking sound coming from the engine area ( 2015 Vouge). They took it in straight away and within the hour had identified the issue… a massive tear in the timing belt ( wasn’t due for replacement). They kept it that night and I got it back lunchtime today, all fixed 100%. I have been going to Paddy Connolly’s service centre for the last few years and have always found the level of service and expertise exceptional… it’s real peace of mind and valve for money…. We came across an advert and traveled from cork up to them. They couldn't be more helpful. Michael in the garage went over it all with us and explained the different types and pros and cons. Having done business with Paddy I wish that I had purchased my previous LRs from him. Paddy has built a team of excellent considerate people around him. The treatment I and my wife experienced from his sales team was extraordinary, flowers for my wife and no heavy sales pushiness just friendly professional treatment. Aftershaves backup was excellent, recently I had cause to bring my Discovery down to Michael (mechanic in Paddy's garage). To describe the fault as obscure is an understatement. Within minutes Michael (a pure genius with Land Rovers) had the problem diagnosed and fixed without the aid of diagnostics, that is how good he is. I cannot recommend Paddy's team enough, dealing with them is a pleasure.
